  1. Prepare fries according to package directions, baking until very crisp.
  2. Meanwhile, combine butter, and Rustic Herb Seasoning in a microwave-safe dish; microwave 30-60 seconds or until melted.
  3. In large mixing bowl, toss hot fries with Rustic Herb butter and Parmesan cheese; salt and pepper to taste.
