Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add broken chips and cook until golden and a little crisp about 3 min. Add chorizo, tomato, onion, and Garlic Garlic and cook until onion is soft about 4 min. Crack eggs into skillet and stir and break up yolks to scramble. Sprinkle with salt and continue scrambling until eggs are like you want them. Turn off heat and sprinkle with cheese, cilantro, and Ultimate Steak Seasoning. Serve with Jalapeno Lime Hot Sauce.
