Multi-Grain Banana Bread Recipe

  • 12 oz lemon-lime soda
  • 1 Multi-Grain Beer Bread Mix
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 overripe banana, mashed
  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan. Combine lemon-lime soda with packet 1 of Multi-Grain Beer Bread Mix, cinnamon, and banana in a mixing bowl. When mixed, spread batter in loaf pan. Top with packet 2. Drizzle with melted butter or margarine, if desired. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool to desired temperature before serving.
