Toss first four ingredients together in a bowl until steak is thoroughly coated; set aside. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet. Add vegetables; saute for about 5 minutes or until they start to soften. Clear a space in the middle of the pan. Add 1 Tbsp. oil. Add steak to the pan. Stir to mix steak and vegetables. Continue to saute for another 5-8 minutes or until the steak is cooked through and vegetables are soft. Assemble fajitas by placing a few strips of steak and vegetables on a lettuce leaf. Top with guacamole or any other fajita toppings. Squeeze the juice of one lime wedge over 1-2 fajitas and enjoy. Makes 4-6 servings.
