In large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil over medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce; remove from pan. Set aside.
Add remaining 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil to skillet. When hot, add shrimp, Seasoned Salt and remaining 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until just cooked through and opaque in color.
Stir in veggies and Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce. Remove from heat. Serve over rice or noodles with additional sauce for drizzling on top, if desired.
