Raspberry Sriracha BBQ Pizza Recipe

  • 1 (13.8 ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
  • 6 tablespoons ¼ cup Red Raspberry Sriracha Sauce ,divided
  • 1½ cups sliced or cubed cooked chicken
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1½ cups shredded pizza cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. On greased 17x11-inch rimmed baking sheet, unroll and press pizza dough. Bake crust 4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine 6 tablespoons Red Raspberry Sriracha Sauce and Smoky Bacon BBQ Sauce. Remove crust from oven; top with prepared sauce, chicken, onion, bacon and cheeses.
  3. Bake 10-12 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted. Warm remaining ¼ cup Red Raspberry Sriracha Sauce; drizzle over pizza and top with cilantro.

Makes 5-6 servings.

Tip: For an appetizer, cut pizza into smaller squares.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A huge hit!!! My family and friends have LOVED this recipe. Sad that the Raspberry Sriracha is leaving, hoping it will be back! I stocked up on a few bottles just to be sure. I like to use a pre-made crust, makes it even easier to make!
