  • 32oz Ricotta cheese
  • 32oz eggs
  • 32oz white sugar
  • 32oz powder sugar (optional)
  • 1 Gluten-Free Coconut Lime Cake Mix

Just add a 32 oz tub of Ricotta , 4 eggs and 1/4 cup sugar to the cake mix and mix well. Bake at same temp. in a greased 8 X 12 pan for about 45 -55 min. until toothpick comes out clean....(my oven only took 45 min) Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
