Preheat oven to 350. Rinse Brussel sprouts and pat dry. Cut off ends and cut in half. Drizzle sprouts with Roasted Garlic Infused Oil. Toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. sprinkle with Sea Salt and Herb seasoning and/or Rustic Herb Seasoning to taste. Taking the time to flip each sprout over with the cut side down will cause that side to caramelize, but it is not necessary. Roast on the middle rack for 40 minutes or until tender. Enjoy!
