  1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower rice and Simply Salsa Mix.
  2. Sauté 5-6 minutes or until heated through and lightly browned. Salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Remove from heat. Drizzle with lime juice.
