Salted Nut Crème Brulee Recipe

Combine Packet 1 with cream and milk in a medium saucepan; bring to a low boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. In each of six ramekins or small bowls, put ¼ cup salted peanuts and 1 tsp. Creamy Caramel Sauce. Divide cream mixture evenly among the six dishes. Refrigerate, uncovered, 2 hours before serving. Sprinkle with Packet 2 right before serving. Makes 6 servings.
