Sautéed Greens Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 cups chopped collard greens, kale or Swiss chard, stems removed (about 1 bunch)
  • Dash cayenne pepper, optional
  • Fresh squeezed lemon juice, optional

  • Stovetop


  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add greens, Garlic Garlic Seasoning and cayenne pepper, if desired; salt and pepper as desired. Sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove from heat; drizzle with desired amount of lemon juice.

Makes 6 servings.
