Shrimp Cocktail Bites Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tablespoons Tangy Peach Hot Sauce , divided
  • 2 tablespoons refrigerated prepared horseradish, optional
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 15-20 brown rice crackers
  • 12 ounces (41-50 count) cooked shrimp, peeled
  • Fresh dill sprigs, optional


  1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, 3 tablespoons Tangy Peach Hot Sauce and horseradish. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, mix until well combined and light and fluffy.
  2. Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds. Cut into 1½-inch slices. Store cheese mixture and cucumbers in airtight containers in the refrigerator until ready to serve, up to 1 day.
  3. To serve, spread crackers and fill cucumbers with cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Tangy Peach Hot Sauce and shrimp. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
