Preheat oven to 375°. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain if necessary. Add next 5 ingredients; bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes. Unroll one package of crescent roll dough, pressing together seams; place in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking pan, pressing gently to fit. Bake 4 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese evenly over dough. Carefully spoon beef mixture over the top, spreading evenly. Sprinkle 1½ cups shredded cheese over the beef mixture. Unroll remaining package of crescent roll dough, pressing together seams; gently place over beef and cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 8-10 servings.
