Assembly instructions: Combine ingredients, except tortillas, in a gallon resealable freezer bag; squish to mix. Seal well, label and freeze.
Cooking instructions: Thaw completely. Combine all ingredients in a greased slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 4-5 hours. Remove turkey from slow cooker and slice. Serve on top of the rice and vegetables or in a tortilla. Makes 6 servings.
