Rated 4 out of 5 by from Made the turkey so moist! I omitted the bell pepper due to an allergy. Turned out great. I added black olives to my 'taco' and a little salsa.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Congealed mess There was a thick coat of congealed protein and organic material at the top of the turkey. It was quite gross. My wife almost lost her appetite. The actual food didn't taste too badly. But it wasn't gourmet. The presentation was a 1 star and the taste was a 3 star. Overall 2

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So amazed with this recipe I was a little Leary of this recipe in the Delicious on a Dime collection, the Mama Mia has historically been a little to spicy for my young children, but this, THIS was a HUGE HIT! They devoured it along with my husband and I. I definitely recommend you give it a try :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Turkey Twist This was so easy to prepare! We did use the slow cooker which meant the turkey was very tender. The Mama Mia had some kick and I would use less next time. I agree with the other reviewers to add more rice. I ate mine in a tortilla and my son and husband ate it like a hot dish. I liked the variation on turkey!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Family wanted more Flavor 3 of the 4 rated this as "so-so" Wanted more flavor and found it kind of bland. Yes, there was the "kick" of Mama Mia but no real flavor to the turkey. When the kids added Corn, Black Bean Salsa it was a Winner!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unique Recipe We enjoyed this recipe. It was a little different than our typical crock pot meals. Next time I will add copped onions and extra rice. I'll also wait to add the rice so that it stays nice and fluffy. We did not use the tortillas and instead chopped up everything and served it as more of a hot dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We loved this recipe! I made this with chicken instead of turkey and left out the red peppers. We loved it! It had so much flavor and just the right amount of spice to it. Smelled so good we couldn't wait to eat it!
