  • 1 (28 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 2 (12 ounce) packages zoodles

  1. In 4-quart or larger slow cooker, combine undrained tomatoes and Simply Salsa Mix. Add in seasoned chicken and cover with tomatoes.
  2. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
  3. Stir in zoodles and continue cooking 30 minutes.
