  • 2 Large Onions
  • 2 Large Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 jar Southwest Slow Cooker Sauce
  • 9 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 can Black olives, sliced

Preheat your oven to 375. Slice your peppers and onions and place them in a greased 9 X13 pan. Place the chicken thighs on top of the mixture. Pour sauce over the chicken. Top with black olives. Bake uncovered for about an hour or until no longer pink inside.
