Place chicken in baking pan; spread with Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam. Combine Corn, Black Bean Salsa and sugar; pour over chicken. Cover; bake at 375° for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is done. For crispy chicken, place under broiler for 2-3 minutes after baking. Makes 4-6 servings.

Quick, Easy, and Tasty!I've been struggling to find new dairy/soy free dinner recipes, and this was a big hit! I used cubed chicken breasts instead, followed the directions as above, and it came out great! Served over a bed of rice and extra corn for a complete meal. This will definitely be added to our dinner rotation!
