Tangy Mac and Cheese Recipe

  • 7 ounces elbow macaroni
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour; cook 1 minute.

Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, sour cream and Onion Onion™ Seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce becomes creamy. Stir in pasta and toss to coat.
