Combine first 3 ingredients and 1 tablespoon Honey Teriyaki Sauce; use to season both sides of steak. Place steak on foil-lined baking sheet; add onion. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove foil; baste with additional Honey Teriyaki Sauce and bake, uncovered, an additional 10-15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; thinly slice steak against the grain. Serve with rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
