Thai Chicken Pizza Recipe

  • 1 (14 ounce) package prepared pizza crust (such as Boboli®)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ¾ cup chopped or shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup fresh bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup slivered snow pea pods
  • ¼ cup julienned carrots
  • 2 tablespoons diced red bell pepper
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped peanuts, honey, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread Thai Peanut Sauce on pizza crust. Sprinkle with ¾ cup cheese. Top with chicken, veggies and remaining ¼ cup cheese.
  2. Bake 9-12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  3. Top with optional garnishes and drizzle with additional Thai Peanut Sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
