  1. In large skillet, heat Roasted Garlic Infused Oil over medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry until cooked through.
  2. Add vegetables and ¼ cup Thai Peanut Sauce; stir-fry 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ½ cup Thai Peanut Sauce. Serve over rice or noodles.
