Combine flour and Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto. Melt butter in sauté pan. Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture; add to sauté pan. Fry 5-6 minutes or until browned. Drizzle with Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil; continue frying until chicken is cooked through and oil is hot. Serve on hot pasta; sprinkle with cheese. Makes 3-4 servings.
