Vidalia Pulled Pork Sandwiches Recipe

A very delish pork sandwich made in a non-traditional way, using Vidalia Onion Dressing instead of BBQ sauce.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a gallon resealable freezer bag; freeze. Thaw completely. Place in a greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or until fork tender. Remove pork and liquid; shred meat with 2 forks; return meat to slow cooker along with desired amount of liquid until ready to serve. You can also make this in a 325° oven, bake 3-4 hours or until fork tender. Fill buns with pork. Makes about 6 servings. Sides: coleslaw, chips or your favorite fruit

Made cole slaw too with just the Vidalia Onion Dressing (cabbage, carrot and green pepper). Served with potato wedges and Malt Vinegar French Fry Seasoning. Already ordering another bottle to make this again!

The best part is the flavor of the pork is great by itself, or it compliments with many different sauces to please every palate! I had hoped for leftovers, but the boys ate it all!
