  • 2 extra-large flour tortilla wraps
  • 4 bacon slices, cooked
  • Shredded leaf lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, optional

This is a leftover recipe for Artichoke & Spinach Skillet Chicken.

  1. Slice chicken and place in a microwave-safe dish with sauce. Microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  2. Divide between tortillas. Top with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and onion, if desired.
  3. Roll up burrito-style. Slice in half.

Makes 2 servings.
